In-house facilities for both studios include: Wifi, Bluetooth speaker, Clothes rail, Ironing

board and Iron, hand held steamer. Kitchen facilities available: tea, coffee and milk.

Access

Front door entrance to building 125cm

Main entrance staircase width at it’s narrowest point is 4ft 1in.

Frederick Terrace is a no-through alleyway. Vehicle access is via Arbutus St and is 9ft 6in at it’s narrowest point. A long wheel base Mercedes sprinter Luton type van is about the largest vehicle capable of getting down the alley. Larger support vehicles could park in Haggerston Road or Arbutus Street with permission from Hackney Council.

Please note that Hackney is a low-traffic zone, and there are road restrictions around our location. The only vehicle access to Frederick Terrace is via Arbutus Street, off Kingsland Road. We recommend using Waze for navigation

Haggerston Road provides pedestrian access to Frederick Terrace.

Parking

We have one day permits available to purchase for street parking in Frederick Terrace or anywhere else
in Zone J.

Parking on Frederick Terrace is free on the weekends.
For larger productions an entire car park is available as an
additional hire. This must be pre booked.

Restrictions

No oil or glycol based haze. Water based is permitted.

No nails, tapes, blue-tac, gaffer tape, staples (or similar) to be applied to any surfaces or paintwork.

No Smoking inside the building.

No alcohol or drugs to be consumed on the premises

No personal pets. Animals as part of the shoot by prior consent.

No guests. Strictly cast and crew only.
