Delivery

Please check if the item you are purchasing is in stock or made to order. All of our made-to-order products are handcrafted, so please allow up to 4 weeks for standard delivery within the UK.

Please note we guarantee we will dispatch your lampshade within 4 weeks, but delivery may take slightly longer depending where it is being delivered to.

We do not take any responsibility for customs and taxes in your country.

Returns & Refunds

Old Lace Lampshades are committed to creating a personalised service for each and every customer. We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, however if for any reason you’re not 100% happy then please get in touch. and we will issue a refund provided the item is returned in perfect condition within 14 days of delivery

We only accept returns on ‘In-Stock’ products.

The item(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please take note of this when opening your purchase.

Made to order/ bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be accepted for return or exchange due to the personalisation of these products.

Please ensure that all returns are fully insured as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.  For international returns, please ensure that customs documentation is filled in correctly indicating that the item is a return. Should the item have customs charges placed on it upon arrival to the UK, we will not be able to accept it and it will be returned to you.

We currently do not cover return shipping costs - these must be borne by the customer in the instance of a return.

As a retailer we are charged a processing fee for every transaction that is paid via the Squarespace platform and Paypal. If we issue a refund to the buyer, fees from the original transaction will not be returned to us therefore if we agree to refund you for changing your mind, we will deduct the transaction fees from your refund amount. We apologise for any inconvenience.

A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the cost of the items if a package is returned to us because of unclaimed delivery. Postage & Packaging charges are non-refundable.

Shipping and Paypal fees will only be refunded in the instance where there is a fault in the original order.
