The Old Lace Factory

Photographic and Film Location hire, East London

Tucked away in a quiet alley behind Kingsland Road, the creative heart of our capital city, lies an unassuming doorway—offering little hint of what lies beyond…
The Old Lace Factory is a characterful location house created in two converted 1930's warehouse apartments in Haggerston, East London. A place where bohemian luxury blends seamlessly with raw industrial edge. Boasting expansive open spaces with curated, period interiors, the warehouses are a visual feast that provide an evocative and cinematic environment that sets the stage for all kinds of creative shoot.
The adjoining studios and urban rooftop can be hired together or separately.

Our location house has been the setting for a diverse array of projects, spanning from fashion editorials and commercial stills to TV commercials, music promos, interviews, feature films and more.

Clients include the BBC, Polydor, ITV, Desperados, Aquascutum, Magners, Vogue, Clive Christian, Qasimi, Pernod Ricard, Hinge, Jaded London, Lacoste, Elle, No Two Ways, Astrid & Miyu…
